Following the death of her grandmother, Andy recounts how she discovers, among her belongings, an enigmatic object accompanied by a letter written in Malagasy. Faced with the language barrier, she tries to learn more by questioning those around her. But her questions go unanswered, as if the letter and the object were tied to a family secret.
This game is a 3D point-and-click experience in which you play as Andy, a member of an immigrant family. Alongside her cousin, you conduct an investigation, solve puzzles, deduce words, and translate the letter in order to unravel the mystery of its author, understand their intentions, and trace the thread of her family history.

Roots is a standalone PC game.

To launch the game, open the folder and double-click roots.exe.
